Relia card put my card on hold due to an online order i made (for safety masks), now ive Noway to use my money$$!!!?? Wtf?? what kind of business in this day doesn't have an email address for customer service, and why do they even have a customer service #number if no one is going to answer the effing calls!?!? Weeks and 6hr phone waits for no results. Too scared to order a new card because of everyone else not even getting one and not being able to get them activated when they do get them. Im stuck. Hopefully I'm able to transfer funds to a bank account if i can get direct deposit. This is utterly insane. Im disgusted with relia card non existent customer service.
