fraud department
7/21/20 i had fraud charges on my acct. Was contacted by the fraud department. They closed my acct and told me they were going to send me out a new card. 10 buisness days later no card. Called customer service and they tell me that who ever canceled my card did not send out a new one. After waiting over an hour and a half to talk to someone, they have informed me I Now have to wait ANOTHER 7-10 days to get a card. This is unacceptable. Then get hung up on when i requested to talk to a supervisor.
