Total Scam
These guys are a scam! They call claiming to be google and ask you to press 1 to upgrade your listing! This is HIGHLY ILLEGAL!
Next they don't pay their employee's! This has been Russell Wallaces scam for years! I worked with them when they were Reliable Listings years ago and we were being told that everyone makes at least 2k a month selling a the best advertising service on the net... well who wouldn't want that?! They weren't paying anyone, and going through 2-10 people a week! I even found out that he did this with home mortgages before that market collapsed and he was kicked out of that county! Even the receptionist and customer service people were being scammed into being 1099 employees!!
They have MANY names now, and are starting a multi level marketing type thing hoping to have each new person start a new company name so they won't have to pay employees, and so that all of the bad press for the horrible services get pinned on the poor saps selling the services ruining their good names and reputations whilst not hurting the names of the true scammers like Russ!
So far there are over a dozen reseller names. You can see the list I have going at

Good luck everyone and don't let the scam hurt anyone else!

SCAMMMERS
Looks like these scammers are at it again! It was 29Prime before and they got so much bad press for lying and pretty much scamming people out of their money. Reliable Places is a Scam. Reliable Places just [promises that they'll get business on the first page of google for good keywords. What a scam. What a ripoff reliable places is. Reliable Places is such a rip off because they barely make your business show up for your own name, let alone keywords that people are using. The owner, Russell Wallace is the scammer behind it all. This looks like the 4th or 5th time Russel Wallace has re-named his company, now Reliable Places, because he scams hard working americans out of their money, gets a bunch of complaints, then just re-brands again. The reason I'm using the phrase "Reliable Places Scam" is because I know a thing or two about SEO. I know that if I continue to mention to you that reliable places is a scam and reliable places is a rip off, that it will help this complaint show up on Google to help warn good people not to use Reliable Places if they do not want to be scammed or ripped off.

SCAMMMERS
I worked for them when they operated as Reliable Listings. "Scam" could be too strong a word. "Ripoff" maybe. The problem was they just didn't do what they claimed they would do and then continued to charge clients and making it nearly impossible to block the charges on their credit cards. I sold the service while working out of a "boiler room", a telemarketing operation with dozens of us talking on the phone all day as the "robo dialer" kept feeding us small business owners culled from various list services.
Too bad really. What they say they can do isn't rocket science and could be a huge benefit to small businesses. But talking the talk without walking it, is just wrong. So I quit.
