Back in August my reliacard got charged like 39.90 and all I wanted was it fixed they never said I had to cancel the card and get new one injustvtalked to some rude lady who apparently took it apon her self to freeze my funds I am a single parent waiten on back pay and can't do anything now because she stopped my card I never agreed or authorized this if it is protocol then why did it not happen in August the employees have no idea how to be polite or listen to the customer terrible service

my ex husband
had been paying
child support
to medical foster care
when our son was 1- 2yrs old
which i had never seen
which i never knew
there was payments
being made
for that certain amount
my son now is 27yrs old
and my mom
has had legal custody
of my son sense he was 4-5yrs old
several years ago
my mom got a relicard
which i already had one
i couldnt understand why
she got one
but i resently learned
her name isent listed
with child support
im thinking if i recall
right the card my mom
got was in my sons name
and alot of the payments
that i have noticed
on the paper work
i never have seen before
for awhile there
my son was getting his dads
larger payment even his tax
money on his card
for i have never seen
any larger amounts
or the tax money
he still owes over $5,ooo
back pay
now im thinking
what if i just go ahead
and sign everything off
and not to deal
with all this crap
