A few months ago I was locked out of my reliacard where I get my unemployment on. we were in the middle of evacuating for a hurricane and ended up being stranded with my children in the middle of a hurricane. My card was locked for no reason and about a month later they unlocked it. now they locked it over a month ago and I have sent in my information and it is still locked. I see that a lot of others are too and I don't understand how this can happen and how y'all can lock our card up.

A few months ago I was locked out of my account with ReliaCard that I get my unemployment on. We were in the middle of evacuating for a hurricane and me and my children could not leave because I could not get my funds. Finally a few weeks later they unlocked it. They had locked it for no reason at all. Now over a month ago they locked my card. I have sent them my information and they have still not unlocked it. Now our electricity is going to be cut off.

A few months ago my reliacard where I get my unemployment was locked for no reason. We were in the middle of evacuating from a hurricane and could not evacuate so we got stuck in the middle of the hurricane with a tree falling on the house that we were in. They unlocked it finally a few weeks later. Now they locked me up again a month ago and I have sent in my fax and they still will not unlock it.

I had suspicious activity on my card on Sept. 3rd. I called Reliacard to have my card cancelled and have a new one sent to me. After a month's worth of ridiculous hassle I FINALLY got my new card on Oct. 5th. On Oct17th they locked me out of my card. This is my ONLY source of income!!! I've faxed over AND uploaded my documentation THREE times and it's still locked!! This is effecting my quality of living as I cannot pay my bills, buy my blood pressure medicine or even buy food!! I've filed a complaint with the BBB and with the Attorney General in Texas. By the complaints I've seen there are THOUSANDS of people that this is being done to and I've had enough. I'm in the processing of retaining an attorney to file a class action lawsuit against this company. If you're interested in being a part of the suit contact me at [email protected]. Unable to retreive the money that's deposited under my name.

My card was deactivated over 2 months ago, and I have done everything they have asked me to do. They still have not deactivated my card I have lost my house and sleeping in my car over this, and they treat me as if they don't care or I'm a burden. I don't know what to do I'm below ok & need to find away to retreive my money. Please & thank you.

Reliacard is ridiculous. Received my unemployment benefits tried to use my card was declined. Called and a gent said the state blocked my card usage. Called back next day found out that was a lie reliacard blocked my access for fraud review. Was told to fax in W-2 I'd and ssn and rep gave me wrong fax number. Called the next day rep told me just fax I'd she gave me wrong number. Called to talk a supervisor who said just fax in I'd. Looked on website and seen if my address is different from what they have on file I have to show proof of address. So I uploaded those files and was told 5 business days. Called back today and agent told me supervisor was wrong it's 10-15 days. Talked to another supervisor said agent was wrong it's 5 days. So I have to call back everyday just to see what load of crap I'll hear. How can they do this people at a time of pandemic when folks are outta work and barely making ends meet. As soon as I get my new card I'm opening a checking account I will never deal with reliacard again.

Jo answer when trying to report my card stolen. Been trying for hours to get ahold of someone this is beyond ridiculous!!!! The website is all screwed up as well!!!!
