unable to sign in

I am unable to sign in to my card to transfer my funds. For a week I have been getting a message "There's a problem on our end. I shouldn't last long, so please try again shortly. " They are holding my money.

Card Restriction

There was a restriction put on my card and was told I needed to submit pictures of my license and a selfie to correct. They went on to say it would be one to two days to correct. I call everyday and am told to call back the next day because the proper department has not opened my file yet. It has been five days and still nothing. I talk to managers and they are no help saying they cannot contact anyone in the proper department. My money is just stuck and they refuse to help!

I received 18,000 from Pennsylvania unemployment and US Bank is not letting me access the funds. How is the bank holding my funds up with excuse after excuse. No one here has received an answer and nothing the state can do about these awful people...I waited 6 months to receive these funds and they tell me

Frozen carf

3 months. Still locked card. Called repeatedly. Everyone diff story. No one knows y card locked or when unlocked. I have sent in every single blasted piece of info requested promised lock would be removed. Yet it's still there. I've began to make complaints and referrals in mid to late October. Still nothing do something!! Now!

Frozen account

I'm very irritated and stressed due to my Reliacard (that I never even asked for) is locked due to my change of address. I've called probably 50 times, I've faxed my new information in 8 times in the past month, I've done everything they have told me to NO AVAIL. Today I called and was hung up on for the second time. I NEED this money, I don't know what to do anymore. I'm starting to believe that the Reliacard is fraud and if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I was told to contact the state representative Mike Sturla, I sent him an email 3 days ago but no response yet. This is becoming an ABSOLUTE nightmare. 😢

Homeless with 2 kids

I have been calling everyday for 2 months. My card is still locked. I have 2 kids one who is sick one who is recovering from a brain injury. The state has been paying me every week, but reliacard refuses to unlock my card. Ive done everything they have asked. My child needs to go to the doctor. I have absolutely NO FOOD, NO GAS NOTHING. IM BEING SUED ON FRIDAY FOR NON PAYMENT. NO ONE WILL HELP ME PLEASE IM BEGGING SOMEONE HELP. MY KIDS DONT DESERVE THIS. I DONT DESERVE THIS. I WAS FORCED TO QUIT WORK AND LEFT WITH NOTHING.

ReliaCard sent to wrong address

My card was sent to the wrong address 3 months ago. I've been waiting on a lot of money that I need to survive. Faxed all required information. First I faxed from the Library. Yesterday I faxed from my state representatives office.

I am extremely frustrated and just want my money. I can't pay my rent or buy food. They are making my life hell.

Froze account

Faxed info 8 times since Sept 2 they still wont reactivate my card about to be evicted. Sent it to 3 different fax numbers now talked to 13 different supervisor with 13 different answers. Help.

Unlawful refusal of reimbursement of disputed transactions

Us bank reliacard sent my card to an address that's I haven't lived at in over five years where is was stolen activated and used $14,000.00 was taken from my children and I and they closed the door on us and refused to pay any of it back I have an active State Police investigation on this case and I will by all means sue you people if it's the last thing I do I will not stop until you've paid my children and I what's rightfully ours we're stuck at home homeschooling I'm a single mother forced to quit her job and denied child support you will pay for what you're putting us through. I hope you people lose your jobs and your damn business none of you heartless bastards deserve them I hope you suffer the way we are.

Frozen Accounts PAY ATTENTION

IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN FROZEN PLEASE PAY ATTENTION.

There are 4 ways accounts are being frozen right now. POS credit you did not make the original purchase on the card but the refund went on), address validation (it is happening to people who did and didnt make a change), ID validation due to an ACH transfer ( the most common reason is that you transferred to an account that is NOT in your name), and the 3 document validation (ID SSC and W2).

POS credit is simple; send the original receipt and refund receipt, call in and ask for a SUPERVISOR to look for your fax. Keep the time you faxed it in! They will confirm and reactivate the card.

Address validation; send the documents requested, then call in. Repeat the same step as above. For this one, you WILL need to call in repeatedly. The offline team comes in right after the agents who lift the block and put it right back on. Make sure the first person who verifies your information notates it in your account.

ID Validation; send your ID, and a SUP can unblock.

3 documents; They have a new procedure. There is a seperate website where you can upload your ID and a selfie. Do that and do it two or three times. As a back up, send the fax DO NOT upload on the reliacard website.

For the FAXING part; IDs and SSC DO come up dark. DO NOT FAX FROM STAPLES, FEDEX, OR UPS. They truly cannot read the faxes. Download a free fax app from your phone. Do the research, find a good one, and read the reviews. The image will be clear and easy to read and will result in your documentation being processed faster.

COVID funds being withheld by ReliaCard

Frozen Account FIXED !
HERE'S HOW I DID IT.

(Fixed in 2 days) Two steps :

Step 1 --- Yes, send the FAX ( 844-748-7428 )
to verify your identity, including a copy of your gov't issued picture ID (driver license, state ID card etc.) your name & card ID #. *BUT* in order for them to be able to read your ID card, it needs to be ENLARGED by 3x and DARKENED by 2x before faxing it to them. DO NOT FAX IT YOURSELF !!

Step 2 --- Instead, call your state elected representative in your state legislative district for help. Tell him or her the urgency of your situation. Ask him or her to fax it for you (on State Legislature letterhead). Then text or Email your docs to your state Rep. Stay in contact until the problem is resolved.

Reliacard balance frozen

After much pain in dealing with UNreliable card I'm done with them in trying for a solution. Two calls ago I was no. 64 in the lineup. The last call took 1 1/2 hours to get the same unhelpful answers they've been using since the beginning. Just found out that they discontinued bank transfers but didn't tell anyone.

With all the UNreliacard complaints on numerous websites, It is unclear how effective these criticisms are in doing anything to reach a conclusion. Is any body listening? I'm glad the Complaint Board at least tells us the magnitude of the problem and a good source to quote from. I urge anyone out there to bombard those that can do any good with your situation. So far I've sent my complaint to four regional TV stations to investigate, the PA entity that issues assistance funds to UNreliacard, the PA Attorney General, my local state representative, and soon to my Federal Representative. There is interaction beyond state lines in that PA combines Federal stimulus funds to state assistance and then to UNreliacard. UNreliacard is an out of state vendor and could be committing wire fraud among other illegal activities.
The "Red Flags" are all over the place. The company only lists a phone number as a contact. You all know that's next to impossible to use. There is no address to send regular mail. There is no email address to send to. I did use their Upload button to send complaints and proof they required but for me that feature has been disabled. You should try it in case it works for you. Another Red Flag is that they won't send email responses. One complainer said the customer rep. told them they can't do it because it creates a legal document. Well, Dah!!!! That's a blatant admission from an unscrupulous "phantom" company that cares little about the impact on people's lives that need it the most. It's bad enough in dealing with Covid but these victims are struggling to get by despite their unemployment or severely reduced work hours. The state of PA is the contractor who partnered with UNreliacard. NOT US! They are the sub-contractor. In my view, the contractor bears the responsibility to mitigate damages which continue to grow with this unholy relationship and liable for any restitution that will eventually come forward. My money

Reliacard has frozen my account without telling me. It's going on one month now that I have been unable to use my money. They've told me that I need to provide proof of who I am and I have provided those documents over and over again I fax them I've emailed them and I've also uploaded them to their website. It seems like my money is being held for ransom. And they think it's not mine. I've try contacting the Pua over and over again to get some help with this but ultimately they know that I am who I am because they continue to pay me. I read some horrible reviews about ReliaCard I want in particular sticks out to me they had a frozen account and then after so many weeks ReliaCard the company cancel their card and now it's been 2 months and they haven't received a new card can't use their account. I can't have that I have a family and I have bills to pay just like everyone else the bill collectors are not waiting for my frozen account to get unfrozen. Something needs to happen now because again I have provided proof over and over again there is no more excuses that they can give me which they have over and over again. Customer service is awful nobody knows what was going on they all say different things quite a few of them are nasty. I don't understand they get paid to be nasty this is just unacceptable I am going to have to move forward and I guess contact an attorney. I shouldn't have to do this to get my money. I didn't even ask for this ReliaCard where does it come from I tried to switch to direct deposit it it won't let me do that you guys need to get this in order I don't know who this offline team is but you can't get a hold of them and Reliacard says they can't either...smells like a bunch of BS to me. I'm going to need you to go ahead and turn my card back on don't play any more games with me. Oh this is a really good part first time I tried to fax something or yes I did download free fax thing to my phone which is only free for 7 days and the girl gave me the wrong fax number so I faxed all my private information out into space who knows who has got that. I don't even know how to express how angry and upset that I am. Make this right now.

Fraudulent charges & won't activate my card

I had $600 in fraudulent charges on the Reliacard that my Pennsylvania unemployment is being deposited in. We have no other option as per PUA unemployment. Nobody gets notified or alerts or an email letting you know there going to just deactivate your card. Then they want w-2 form, drivers license and ss card for identification. When calling Reliacard you're on hold for hours and when you get someone, they don't know anything, they lie & dont know how to help you, no sympathy/empathy & you will be either disconnected or hung up on. I keep filing for my benefits and RELIACARD has my card inactive, & won't send another card, & has it on lockdown. Money is adding up & its MINE!!! TO HELP WITH BILLS BECAUSE I LOST MY JOB BECAUSE OF THIS PANDEMIC! THEY ARE NOT RELEASING MY MONEY OR GIVING ME ANY INFO ON THERE INVESTIGATION THAT THEY DIDN'T DO!! Fraudulent charges & holding my money no explanations!

This is UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I had $600 of fraudulent charges on my reliacard. I only get $175 and I was completely wiped out!!! I haven't been able to pay my bills! My car insurance was canceled, phone is gonna be shut off, nobody is willing to work with me. This has been going on since Aug 2nd!!! I am the victim & reading these reviews, it's the same complaints!! Who are these scum bags who's not issuing new cards or for no reason at all, reactivating our new cards that were sent but inactive? I haven't eaten in 3 days, I'm on hold with reliacard for over an hour and I'm being disconnected, hung up on, & nobody has any answers!!!! Pennsylvania unemployment is issuing MY MONEY and RELIACARD IS NOT GIVING IT TO US!!! NO EXPLANATIONS NO NOTIFICATIONS. I faxed all 3 forms of identification and the dispute paperwork. I WANT MY MONEY! CALLED ACTION NEWS AND COMPLAINT TO CFPB! THIS IS A DISGRACE!

No card sent despite my jumping through hoops

So Reliacard sent my card to wrong address despite my receiving mail from UC at this address. I fax the requested info and a week later I am struggling to get anyone on the phone to resolve my issue. I get disconnected EVERYTIME I call at 44 mins and 31 seconds. I am two weeks away from being homeless and i have two kids which need to eat and will be starting school in the next few weeks. I was told that it should take about 4 hours after i fax the info for my address to be updated. Its been a week and I still cant get anyone on the phone without being transferred and immediately disconnected or waiting on hold for 44 mis and 31 seconds and then being disconnected. What recourse does someone like me have??!!
