My card has been locked up for weeks me and my family are being evicted when I have over 1200 on my card can't get nobody answer my question much less help one customers service rep laughed at me and NY situation and would not give her name or let me speak to higher ups after being on hold for 4 hrs everyday for a month I sunt all proper paper work then I decided to look up a complaint site and to see many more of us out there I think we should start a class lawsuit its our money and our family's suffering due to idiot's
