I called today to speak with customer service about a dispute. There was 2 charges on 6/8/21 which was a purchase I did for old navy. Today 6/16/21 those purchases showed up again. So I called to get this fixed. The first person I spoke with told me to call old navy. I did and talked to their billing. Me and oldnavy did a conference call with reliabank to get charges removed. The Representative hung up on us. We called back and a different rep did the same thing. I called back a 4th time and asked for a manager. I was out on hold and Denise got on the phone who claimed to be a manager who again hung up on us!!! Now this is fraud and my money is tied up! I need help please! Thanks
