I am understanding to the nature of these hectic chaotic times due to Covid 19 but this nature of my call is such a inconvenience. I’m a single mother and a victim of Domestic violence. I applied for my benefits in June and still haven’t received my card. They have expedited my card numerous time on certain occasions and it has become ridiculously obscured. I finally was able to get a confirmation number for UPS and now the senders of Relia Card unemployment put hold on it again which means UPS can’t deliver it!!!!!! Now I’m on the phone with them and despite the wait how am I gonna get a hotel room for my kids and not Being a Colorado Native has made it difficult . Plus it a holiday on Monday. I am very disappointed with the physiological mishaps Relia employers have made which makes it hard for me to survive while they go home and live a little happy life with a roof over their head and food to nurish them while our help of keeping them employed to even live a life other than ours who are struggling and have to deal with a impact of disgrace on humanity!!!!!!!!!
