My card was lost or stolen reliacard sent me another one used it 3 times then they deactivated my account until offline team gets through with there investigation.The customer service at reliacard is awful I only got one nice lady the rest says the supervisor only gonna say what you want to hear just to get you off the phone.

I was calling regarding my reliacard Debit card for my child support payments. I had no choice but to use your bank services for my receiving child support but if it was up to me I would not be doing this anymore because your customer service agents were so rude when I was trying to get very simple information from them. They were very condescending and they hung up on me at the end not knowing whether I was finished with my conversation and or questions. I’ve never been treated so rudely and these gentlemen need to be fired.
