My card was compromised on my birthday for 400 bucks. I was sent a dispute form and the CSR told me to fill it out send it back so I can get provisional credit until investigation was complete. I faxed the form over on April 23. I never received the credit. I was hung up on lied to and asked to speak to a manager. I was also told a CSR or manager would call me back it never happened. I am broke I have to pay rent I am going to get evicted and I can't take one more min of the bank blowing smoke. I need my money today. horrible tell you what u want hear just to shut you up.
