I'm writing this because us banks reliacard people are a bunch of thieves and lock people's cards up make them jump through hoops and still won't release My money.ive sent the info they asked for 3 times this week and they are still holding my money. It have verify my identity to unemployment and the irs that should be enough and I know damn well they received them how they were supposed to because the 3 times I've done it they stayed on the phone and walked me through it.i didn't hang up until I was told I was good.the bad thing is by doing what they have done they made it so I couldn't pay my rent and got me and my 11 year old daughter kicked out on the streets where we have to sleep in the car in record heat waves.and after calling every day this week and sending what they needed I'm no closer now then I was at the beginning of the week in fact they have said maybe by Tuesday so that means because of these ### people my daughter will have slept in our car over 8 days.im not going to take this bullying by a big Bank anymore I'm tired all of this never had to happen if they would have just given me my money.so I have an appointment with a lawyer on Monday and I am going to name reliacard and us bank in my lawsuit sueing for the mental anguish I have been caused by watching my baby girl sleep in our car my daughter's mental anguish at being 11 years old and knowing what it's like to be homeless not able to bath or anything else because of a bunch of ### thief's holding money that doesn't belong to them and also any expenses that they have caused us since they wanted to ### us over.i invite anyone else who is being ### over by this company and basically being bullied to join and let's put some thing larger together so we might hurt them as they are doing to us we don't have to let them get away with this just because they think they are to big to be sued.i would go the ### away if they would just give me what is mine (the money is not yours) so I can take care of my child.
