My name is Joydeep Mazumdar and I have Big TV connection with subscriber number 200528924666, last month I have some problem on BIG TV and it was not giving any connection. Hence call customer service and they advise me that engineer will come and do the needful and they will charges me 250/- and that will deduct from my account on Big TV, it is the time when I logged the complaint. Since then no body came to check the big TV and got message from customer service that your query has been solved and engineer checked it personally and they deducted 250/- from my account.
The problem was no body came and checked anything then why there is a deduction, they have wasted my time for a week and then the call cost I have beard for 1 week and the same answering machine.
Later, when I again called Customer care and I advise them there was nobody who came and checked the Big TV then they apologised for that and also advise they will refund 175/- plus 45 /- for the week.
I agreed with this and senior department confirmed that they will refund me within 5 working days.
I got refunded of 45/- and got message for the same but what about 175/--.Hence call them again on Saturday at 12:18 hrs to asked about the amount, after kept on holding for 10 minute's spoke to agent namely Meera or Mira. She was so rude and illiterate and shouting like hell, not listening at all and put my call on hold. When you put somebody on hold you should have put it on mute. But the lady forgot to mute and was saying" isko mila gaya hai to chilla ku raha hai". When I hard that I taught her a lesson and advise her I want to speck to the senior department. She put my call on hold and hung up the call.
Is this is the way treat to the Customer. I want my many back and even with the compensation.

if it is not done then in the term of forgery and cheating I have to put the complaint on consumer court.
