This complaint is against Reliance Communication.I was using pre-paid connection of reliance.his executive call me and tell me a plan i.e 399 monthly rental and i will get full talk value of 399 and my reliance to reliance will be free all India and call charges will be 20 paisa/min local and 30 paisa/ min for STD.
yesterday (12-june-2012) when my prepaid converted to postpaid ,i was told that my plan is not the same as i was told.my plan is 399 monthly rental and in which i will get full talk value and my call rate is 50 paisa/min for local and STD and my reliance to reliance is not free.
The executive (Amit) number is 9555580125 cheated me to achieve his target..Reliance is totally fraud company.cheats their own customers.

dear sir... mere paas aapka cdma number hai.9327033582... jo saat din se bandh hai...aur mein vapas ise chalu karna chahta hu lekin mujhe aapke executive aur customer care vale log chalu nahi kar te hai...maine bahut bar reliance world me compain ki lekin koi solution nahi mil raha hai...ur customer care is very poor...aur maine yeh number chalu karane ke liye bahut baar thake khaye hai...koi thik se jawab nahi dete hai aur mein bahut paresan ho gaya hu to aap se request hai ke mera number mujhe chalu kar ke do...maine cutstomer care me bhi baar baar call kiya hai jo phone pick up karne ke baad hold pe rakh dete hai...customer care me maine monica sharma, ankur, aur manish chokse jaise logo se baat ki hai lekin sare log phone disconnect kar dete hai...
