jio not provide me 4g net
i have given complain to jio offen & offen but they say pl.wait for 90 daysbut their 90 does not complete every complain theysay for wait for 90 days
i also wrote emailto appellateofficer but no progress about my complain
i want to refund myrecharge value,Rs.399/-if they are not provide me net or extended time limit for 90 days to next recharge
they deny for every demand so what about my recharge money so i want justice from your side please give me answer

Reliance Jio code generated by my new lenova vibe k5 note is showing redeemed without me using it. I have contacted their customer care centre and none of their solutions are working. I sent mail to [email protected] and they replied me that I have to go Reliance Digital in Jayanagar 2nd block Bangalore to resolve that .But they are not responding properly and they told they cannot do anything with that. I am now hopeless and now I cannot take Jio sim with my new phone. I heard that people inside reliance only randomly giving other people's bar code to their friends who cannot generate the bar code from their phones.

Sir I haven't applied for a Jio sim but in Jio app it's showing Coupon code redeemed I have emailed you so many times and you aren't even replying. I have gone to Jio office 3 times made calls to Jio customer service many times and no use pls resolve this error!!!!

Sir, I have Red mi 2 prime mobile , and my mobile no.is 9482185335 which is registered my Jio app. state-karnataka,city-mysuru. My jio barcode is 55521498876. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.
