Someone at ReliaCard name Rebecca put me on hold to transfer my funds to a regular Credit Union I had to tell her there with me I have my family as witnesses that she put me on hold for 45 minutes to show me how to transfer the funds cuz she didn't know only to be hung up on and for the danker at American Heritage to say wow she locked your card I can no longer access my account online and when I call I get put on hold for an hour at a time just be hung up on three times a day and no email set being returned either I really believe the Department of Treasury should do something about this because they are aware of it they said it wasn't there a partment or unemployment in general because they chose ReliaCard this is
