I lost my all belongings being stored with Relogulf

I wish I'd have done some research and would see all this complains against Relogulf before using their service. However, it is too late for me to regret, as I cant find my all belongings, and don't know what is right to do in this case.

I had been stored my (1 bed room) household goods with Relogulf in Dubai since 2013, past two years had been paying to the bank account of the company called Marine Registra for the storage services, being introduced by Phillip that Relogulf and Marine Registra are sister companies... However, currently I need to get my belongings back and with the assistance of DED discovering that Relogulf is not existing in the market, one of the managing partner (Nail) run away from UAE, about another one (Phillip) was not provided any information by DED. The only suggestion from DED is to open a case in Dubai courts.
I'm guessing that earlier there could be legal cases opened against this company. If anyone who is aware of any outcome after court case that could share with me his/her thoughts and experience I'd very much appreciate.

Absolutely Terrible Shipping Company

If you are thinking of using RELOGULF in Dubai, I have three words for you. DON'T DO IT! I have been dealing with this company for the past 4 months, and it has been a nightmare. When they came to pack up the apartment, they seems well organized and like a proper company. Everything after that went downhill. We asked for the delivery to be held for two months, and then shipped on January 1st. After 6 weeks of asking, begging, pleading, and yelling, the shipment finally left Dubai at the end of Febuary. We hoped that was the end of the problem, however we werent so lucky. When the shipment arrived at the destination agent, it could not be released because RELOGULF hadn't paid the company. So 6 months after RELOGULF was paid, they still had not paid the desination agent fees. It took a week of emails, phone calls, to get them to pay the desination agent. After all of that, then they didnt pay the extra fees accumulated due to their lack of payment. Long and short of it, this company has terrible customer service, they do not deliver a service they promise, and unless you want to spend months on end fighting for your own stuff DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The supposed boss Phil Davis will reply only to emails when you threaten legal action or formal complaint, he does not answer nor return phone calls. We are in the process of finalizing our formal complaint with the DED against this company. The more people that know what a bogus company this is, the less victims to their terrible service there will be.

Unprofessional service

This moving company is just a big scam. I was unfortunate enough to use the services of this unbelievably fraudulent company. At first the company seemed to be quite reliable as they provided all the necessary service. The paperwork was perfect and the stuff I had to move was packed extremely well. This was the only thing that was positive. After this the experience was nothing else but negative. I was dealing with Kathy Ashby and Phil Davis and these two have assured me my stuff will be delievered on a certain date.
However, when the day has came I received nothing. Moreover, the communication became totaly one sided as they stopped responding to any of my attempts to contact them. I had no idea what was I supposed to do, this was simply horrible. They kept ignoring me until, almost half a year later, my stuff finally arrived. And even after that I didn't receive at least one e-mail from them. This is just lousy service, I would never ever recomend this company to anyone, even to an enemy.

Stealing items from shipment

I had used the services of Relogulf for packaging and moving my stuff from UAE to another country. Upon reaching my home country when I opened the boxes, expensive electronic items were missing from the shipment and glass items were broken.
The staff was initially rude and later did not attend to my calls or emails as I had left UAE.
PLease do not use their services because:
1. they are much more expensive than other such firms in the market
2. they are crooks who steal items of value and do not respond once the person leaves the country

Stealing items from shipment

We used relogulf to transport our furniture and belongings from Dubai to Australia. They packed our stuff and promised a transit time of 6 weeks plus 10 days in Australian customs. That was OVER 4 months ago. Our container has since landed in Australia and been cleared by customs and is now waiting for Relogulf to sign the "Terms of Release" along with payment!!
They wouldn't even pack our stuff up in Dubai without our payment so we are now wondering why there has been no payment made to Australia on their behalf for our container to be released.
We too have been trying to contact people in Relogulf and keep getting responses such as the manager, Neil Price, is on the phone or in a meeting. Even though we ask for our calls to be returned URGENTLY we get no return phone calls.
I am now 6 months pregnant and sleeping on an air mattress and sitting on a beanbag in my lounge room as we have NO FURNITURE to place in our house!!
We are now looking at contacting the Department of Foreign Trades and Affairs well as the Australian Embassy in Dubai as this matter has now gone well beyond a joke!!
