mr pp tiwari arested by phoolbagwan police station mr tiwari is cheater those cheat in RURAL POPULATIONS. and not return money till date .TOTAL DEPOSIT RS. 68 CRORE AFTER 2 YEAR CLOSED ALL BRANCH IN DELHI,OR ALL OVER INDIA BUT NOT RETURN PUBLIC MONEY. public very harass please take action in the matter govt. immediately.
