My experience with remit2India is worst. I booked a transaction at some price and provided all the required documents within 24 hours. These people took forever to respond, kept my transaction in verification mode and in the end canceled it. I called more than 15 times, their representative assured me that the transaction will be processed within few hours but it never happened. After canceling their representative assured me that your transaction will be reopened but now they are not doing that. Their customer care is sometimes rude, a guy named Aditya is too rude as if he is transferring his money. He even started pointing fingers at me. I want them to address my issue.

This is a very stupid site and unable to contact them. i was waiting more than 2 hours and one of the guy picked up and said he will transfer the call to respective department. but i was waiting waiting waiting, no one picked up.

I have been trying to transfer the money first time. it is simply in the site showing status is pending to complete KYC. not sure why they need KYC to complete. more over i don't have KYC with me right now. Also, no one called me asked about it for more than 3 days. They are cheating and updating that they will transfer on 0- 1 hour window.

if they need verification they can ask other documents as proof. like ,passport or Aadhaar card etc. but they were asking about KYC which usually we don't have. Also, if needed they can contact bank and confirm.

I didn't understand remit2 india getting commision out customer money and cheating us holding the amount to provide the documents .this was not mentioned in any of the page before we send the money. once complete transaction holding it for asking mor edocuments,
