Remit2India Customer Service is totally horrible and have decided not to use this as an provided for any of my foreign transactions. They take almost 10 working days to transfer funds and are switching between Guaranteed / Indicative payments based on their convenience when the exchange rates are High/ Low. I would suggest to move on to a different provider rather than using Remit2India service.
