Hi ,

I bought my car 2018 chassis no JT178289, since then it stopped three times and when I contacted Renault Egypt they send the technician who said : it is a battery problem and he changed the battery every time .I always wondered if it was a car problem or a battery problem Renault representative answered me it is a battery problem!

On 28 /09/2019 the car stopped and was hardly moving , I have sent the car immediately to Renault- Abou Rawash branch and since then the car is in the service center.

I have talked to Engineer Mohamed Abd El Nabi and Engineer Yasser Ali . Both of them can not give me a dead time to fix this issue or to figure out what is wrong with the car initially . They keep promising dates to sort this out but till now they don't know.They said it is taking time. I have requested a report with the status of the car it was refused to be given to me .

The break down of the car in this time of the year affected my children schooling needs specially it is school season and Renault Egypt failed to give me a replacement car although I requested it. Besides , the car breaking down three times on the road (with me as a single mother and 2 little children ) because of the battery problem was not a pleasant experience.

When I visited the service center a couple of days ago I found my car parking out side the work shop on street parking with tons of dust on top of it , with the windows opened and the battery and other parts of the motor unistalled and placed on the car seats (the car seats are fabric and they are absolutely ruined),I think this an act of careless and not practicing due deligence.

Kindly investigate this matter thoroughly for me . I don't have confidence in the car to be reliable any more and also I don't trust much Renault service centre at Abou Rawash because they have been doing my regular kilometers maintenance since I bought the car and they did not figure out the problem with the battery and the car earlier and they are working on it now after the complete break down .

Please look at compensating me with the highest market value of the car so I can buy a new reliable car .
