Good day, I bought a car from Renault Kwid on the 27 March 2019 in the evening date ,in the morning the I saw a scratch on the car and i acknowledged the sales person and she said i must polish the car, fourth more The sales consultant never provided me with full information of insurance proposal on the day of purchase which I question that hence they gave me one page which is a declaration form which does not stipulates the terms and conditions of the insurance. And I was not answered till I called them and they said we trying to avoid the delays from Rodel insurance, so is best you sign and send the form to us which I did.No so Long I got an accident and only to find out that the excess amount Led to R20 000 which I was never told of as a customer. I even went there to complain but the manager did not seem to be interested to attend me,only the sales consultant was trying to assist.

Right now there is no a way forward in fixing this situation... Kindly assist.
