The sale of the patio door allows water to come into the house. The fixed panel of the door is raised an inch higher than the inside sliding. This surely is a design flaw. The door only provide a drip of rubber to keep the water out. This patio slider was installed in 2015 and has been ignored by repeated calls to the renewal installer.
