I have a very bad experience with you and your help center.

I rented a car in Seville airport by you application and I wrote down my arrival flight, which will land at 11:40 pm.
I called the agence(gold car) in Seville and they said that they close at 11:00 pm, the same agent closes at 12:00 am in Barcelona.
They requested 40 euro to to wait me , and this amount exceed the the whole rent !!!
And this was not mentioned in the contract before !
I refused and the agent (gold car) said that they will not charge me.
When I contact your chat “his/her name was Jose” he was so staborn and keep insiststing that it is my fault that I will arrive at 11:40 and that the flight time has no value . Amd more he said that I will be charged the whole amount.
The amount is not that much I had the feeling that you con me , you ignored the flight detail and I did not get the car I rented because your agent close early.
If the check in in a hotel is at 2:00 pm do they close the doors in my face if I arrived after 12 am or do they cancel my reservation ! This is stupid and not acceptable. You charge me under no show, while you left me alone in Seville airport with now can and waste my time with a stupid customer relation and he gave me a number in spin that does not answer when I called them at 10:00 pm. Or do I need to program my time to yours ... I am the client and you need us not the opposite.
I will write my review in every place in the web and social media.
I found the supplier( gold car) open and they did not give me the car.
Also, the supplier contact rentalcars to verify what to do based on my arrival flight number, however car rentals did not contact me in turn nor replied to gold car. And I have a copy of this email.
I tried to call your call center in Spain at 8:00 pm and nobody replied and we tried to call them when we reached Seville and also nobody replied
I will not rent again with you !
