This was my complaint and its still not resolved, Am not going to let this go, until everything is 100% on my car
I event contacted Mr Erasmus, who said he will phone back, Its been over a month and still no phone call.

As you can see this has been going on since I bought the car. The car has been in for his service and still NOTHING has been done to the car except the service.
I paid for window tint on the car for the back windows, and to this day, Renualt still has not tinted the back windows darker and if Renulat could not do this service, WHY DID THEY CHARGE ME FOR IT?
THEY have charged the amount on the OTP, and the bank FNB paid for this, but was never done !!!
Koketso, tried to hide the fact that the bumper was scratched and the small dents on the car.
The front right mirror control did not work, after the service left and the right is not working.
Left speakers in the front of the car is vibrating.
Since the car has been in for the service, the fuel consumption is over 10.9Km per 100Km.
There is STILL a problem with the breaks
I REALLY HAD ENOUGH of bad service from this company, and all the bad credits that Renault has for bad service are true on Hello.Peter.
THIS HAS TO BE THIS SORTED OUT ASAP.
I have put my faith in your sales people to sell me the best possible car for the best possible price, and THIS is what I got!!!
