NON Payment

Beware of Eric Chipchase, owner of REO Logistics in Sacramento, CA!!. We worked for this man for several months doing property preservation. He promised payment and when it came time to pay, found EVERY excuse not to pay us. If you are working for this man now, file liens against him as soon as possible. He is a thief and a scam artist!!
