Again, I am not paid by Rescare. I have been calling since the 25th and no one seems to know where my check is.

Now I am told to call Monday or Tuesday when the payroll person is back at work.

Why is this happening to me?

First left alone, with no support from upper management
Not paid for working long hours and for a month
Finally got that check with hours missing, I didn't complain
Then, blamed and have two APS cases put on me, for something I didn't do
Get denied work due to these allegations
And again, work with no pay

I get this is retaliation for me quitting and sending a email on the conditions. But, this is so wrong on all levels.

Look, it is okay if ResCare dont want me to work for them, please give me my check. I won't bother you anymore.
