Unauthorized debit order

Rescuebox is deducting every month from my bank account unauhorised. I tried to stop it on the app it's not stoppable. Been withdrawing all my money and am having insufficient funds debts every month because of this debit order. Makes my credit score bad.

Please help stop this.
