The rescuebox is still being debited from my account. I have send an email 31/01/2022

Every month my account has been debited by Rescuebox 564280-220701, and Safetybox 539807-220701.....

I have no knowledge or have authorised such! It would be appreciated if somebody can investigate this and put a stop to these!!

Debit orders have gone through my account listed as RescueboxMO-50017129-4, a R74.00 every month for a couple of years.
I have no knowledge or have authorized such so me this is Fraud and these crooks should be stopped.

Debit orders have gone through my account listed as RescueboxEM 59046523-2 @ R56.00 and HotspotterEM 59046523-3 @ R46 SafetyboxEM 59046523-4 @R56.00 TechtraceEM 59046523-5 @ R40.00 each and every month. I have no knowledge and have not authorized these debit orders. This is Fraud & Theft, these crooks should be stopped.
When I went onto the net Rescuebox it seems that they are linked to Elite mobile
It would be appreciated if somebody can investigate this and put a stop to these crooks.
I have managed to stop the debit orders but the bank told me that they will attempt further transactions and I have to cancell with them directly. I have sent emails as per details on website today and are awaiting reply.
I see that I'm not the only one as other people also complaint about it

a debit order of R55 was taken off by my account by rescuebox ,i had no agreement with rescuebox but they contacted my husband saying he was randomly picked for a tablet phone and wanted banking details... ive given miy banking details he was then called back saying the account has to be under his name...he gave his banking details then he received a call advising him he didnt meet the requirements...i see that a debit order went off my account on 29 march....they have provided my husband with a contact number while application was being processed but you never reach the number.
