Good day

I am a resident of Elucwecwe Administration Area at Engcobo. We lost electricity on the 27.04.2022 until today. It is only two homes who are going through this tough time, myself and neighbor. We reported the issue and we received a reference number: 518078087. We made numerous calls after we saw nothing coming forward, empty promises we made now and again. Yesterday (03.05.2022), I sent my wife to visit Eskom offices at Engcobo, on her arrival she was told that the reference number has been deleted. She must lodge another complaint and no reason was given on why it was deleted or feedback comments before it is closed.

The difficult part about this situation is: we have children who attend school and it is a night mare to prepare them in the morning to get ready for school. As their parents we are both working, so we come home late and we have to assist the doing their home works using candles.
