My husband and I visited Hilton Head in July of 2016. After touring the timeshare, we informed them that we were not interested in buying. They proceeded to take us to another part of the facility and introduced us to representatives for Resorts Anytime LLC.
They gave such a great sales pitch that we agreed to buy into the Resorts deal. After putting down the initial down payment and agreeing to pay the remaining balance over a two year period of time, we were unable to book a reservation in any of the resorts for an entire year. At which time we contacted Resorts Anytime LLC and was informed that we would have to talk to someone in the main office in Hilton Head. After leaving messages for four different individuals at different numbers, up until today, we have not received a response from anyone.
