Telephone wait times
I have been a patient of your services for 8 years and have always had to wait 15-20 minutes on the phone when reordering materials. lately, however, wait time are ALWAYS over 30 minutes.Can you imagine how irritating it is to listen to your automatic recording every 30 seconds saying ..."we will be right back with you..." when I know that it will not happen as stated???
Today, I had to wait over 60 minutes and never got connected with a representative. Blood clots are very serious and i wish you took customer service as seriously. Is there another number I can use to get a representative quicker?
