I would like to inform you that this Guy named: Donald R Lowe is a complete bullshit, a smart cheater guy from Louisiana, USA. Please see his photo that I have attached.

Real Incident with me: This client had a requirement of webdesign and SEO on UPWORK (i.e. FREELANCING PORTAL). The deadline was within a week and we agreed at a total cost of USD 450. I have started working on the website and after 1 day, it seems his UPWORK account was suspended. I don't know that reason but once I asked with the client, he told me that I am resolving this issue with UPWORD team. Please continue work and you will get paid for this. So I trusted him and worked on his website during DAY AND NIGHT time because I had to complete the whole assignment within a week.

And once I update him that I have completed the assignments. Please review and share your views. He never replied to me.

So I would strongly recommend everyone that please treat him as a bullshit, cheater. HE IS A FRAUD GUY FROM USA.
