I received an aviator jacket for my birthday. Within weeks, the color ran. I took photos and contacted their customer service. You can’t speak to a person and they ignore most of my queries. They finally agreed to replace jacket and took my name and address. I was told I would receive it within 8-10 days. It never came and they ignored my follow up. The most disreputable company I have ever dealt with. Stay far away from this crap company! Their headquarters is in England so they feel they can’t be held accountable!
