I wanna file official complaint on recurrent sales calls from your Bank which utmost upset and disturbing my daily activities! I’ve gotten a missed call on Wed, today around 3.09pm I picked up a call from this number again 03-2782 8000 while I’m in meeting, a Muslim male was on the other line, I’ve informed him I’m unavailable now and not interested on your product, he asked me whether am I in hospital now? What the hell of checking my personal details and he knows I’m working in a hospital? I can ### sue you for breach of PDPA! I don’t think he understands English well, and was asking me back why am I not interested even before I tell you more about the product!!!!! If you can’t understand English well please go back and learn ABC! You’re disturbing me and I won’t hesitate to go further to pursue a lawsuit against you under PDPA act! Stop making calls as IM NOT INTERESTED in ANY of your products! I can cancel any bank accountswith you without delay!
I believe the call is recorded, please retrieve the stupid call and you gonna surprise how stupid your staff is!
You should able to put the remark in your system to again remind your sales staff not to call me!
