I am very disappointed about Rhine Marketing, Sanciangko's Customer Service.

I have made a downpayment for a TV unit last 12/01/2012. I have completed qll the requirements on 12/03/2012 and I was scheduled

for an interview on 12/04/2012. On 12/04/2012, I have called the office around 11AM to ask if the interview would push through

because of the bad weather. The manager who picked up the phone said that the CI already left and advised that we wait for him.

We've waited until 3PM and tried to call/text the CI but did not get any response so I decided to send a message to the manager and

asked why the CI has not arrived yet and why he is not responding. I got a reply from the manager that say's "k" without even

explaining to me what happened or if the interview would be rescheduled because of the typhoon. He gave me the reason that he

wasn't the CI. Why wouldn't he know where the CI is if he is the manager? It's pretty bizarre that a manager don't know where his CI is.

Rhine marketing people in mandaluyong is harrasing there client,They provided appliances in installment basis but the fact that If customer just forgot to pay even like a week after the due they will come over to your house and harrass even threat family members.PLEASE DON'T NEGOTIATE WITH RHINE MARKETING ANYMORE.THEY'RE PEOPLE ARE SUCKS...
