Their administration staff is lacking good customer service. They incorrectly document dates and services so you don't have anything to prove you are "right". I am disappointed in their lack of training. Their Hygienist specialist ran my proposed bill and it was lowered by $30.00. That makes me wonder what else I could have gotten for less money. I've spent over $2,000. for a partial upper bridge. It's like they don't appreciate my business. Every time I have an appointment I pay in full with a debit card and they're saying that I owe them $20.00. FOR WHAT????!!!!!!
I believe what happened was the office had received information that I was due a $20.00 refund and the front clerk turned that refund into an invoice! I can't believe she didn't discuss the question about my refund with the office manager and take it upon herself to just make a charge out of a refund makes me question her ability to do honest good work for the office. The office manager is backing her up even though she wasn't there on that particular day. They act like they are not capable of making a mistake and are lying in documentation sent to me via mail (saying that the $20.00 was refunded at different times- when they were payments made by me for various other items purchased such as mouthwash and teeth whitener. They are LIARS too!
