From that day i have not received my gas cylinder

My complaint is against the Indane gas distridutor called "Rich Flame Gas Agency". My customer registration no. for Indane gas is RF-12040. They have delivered gas cylinder to our neighbor on account of my cutomer no. Despite of inform to delivery boy they did not cancelled the delivery. Now my cylinder is pending for refill. But they are not taking any action.

Kindly take appropriate action against my plea.
