Delivery with wrong name

Sir,
My consumer no is 7068696502. Delivery boys of Rich flame gas Agency are delivering with name slip of someone else. After complaining they are saying that system is not generating slip. How is this possible to generate slip of one customer but not other. Even when I call customer care they tell me same story.
Seems they all belongs to same group
