Double shipped trial offer

They shipped the trial offer twice and then won't accept returns. Average hold time for customer support is about an hour.

This company is a SCAM and uses fraudulent practices.

I agree. I returned the product and it has been a month and they claim they will not give me back my money until they receive product.
