We were on our last night of our vacation and sometime between 4am to 530am a person broke into our room while sleeping though our second floor balcony room ocean view. They stole 3 IPhone XS and my husbands wallet with appx $200, 3 credit cards which they used two of them and his ID. We all had been awake prior that morning but for some reason none of us woke or heard anything. My 15 yo daughter was sleeping on her stomach on her phone to wake up her back. We question being drugged. The security did not even seem to care. They did ask if we wanted to go to the Police station to make a report but this was not an option unless we wanted to miss our flight. To me this seems like an inside job. This resort is unsafe and people need to know about this.
