I worked @ Roadhog Trailers i have been contributing towards Mibco Provident fund from 2011 my contract ended 2018. I went to Mibco to submit my documents only to be told that i will only receive a partial payout of the fund because Roadhog Trailers hasn't made payment for the past 3 years. As per Mibco they cannot do anything until Roadhog Trailers pays money into fund every month i do follow ups with Mibco n nobody has answers. Also got in touch with FSCA n was told there is no investigation against the fund. The fund has taken legal steps against Roadhog Trailers to recover the contributions. We are in the month of August n FSCA failed to give me any feedback as to what is going on. Why should i wait for my money when money was getting deducted every month from my pay.
