We have always been very pleased with the roadhouse restraunt. We go there very often.. But this last time we ordered a prime rib 16oz. It was very tough and dry. Couldn't hardlyl eat it. In the past they we're tender and moist.. Very despointed. When you pay that much for a prime rib it should be very tender and moist. Thanks
