The good news is that the wife and kids don't live there anymore, so you have nothing to be concerned about OP. The family put the house up on the market 3 days before the carnage occurred and the military moved the family onto the base. The house is empty and for sale.

The problem wuth your comments J Brizzeli is that the perp no longer resides in that house as of his arest, so there is no reason to put the family members info out there. This is the KILLERS information where he lives, where his family lives. This is a COLD blooded KILLER who walked into peoples homes and opened fire and killed people and then set fire to their bodies so they could not be ID. His neighbors need to beware of this cold blooded killer. The US Military has protected this cold blooded killer and transfered him to a Military base in the US.
Now the government has moved his wife and kids on to a military base to protect them. They don't need protection. Their sponsor did enough of damage to both the Afgan people and the United States relationship with the Middle Eastern countries. The military needs to hand deliver this cold blooded killer back to the Afgans so they can serve their people the justice that they deserve. His lawyer even admitted that his client never snapped. So Robert Bales can not claim to be crazy or insane..
His wife Karilyn O Bales works for a big company in the area, so that won't be very hard to find, in which people are now talking about the killer she is married to. She is better off leaving him now, because she is in harms way if he ever gets out he may come after her.

Brenda, just curious about your comment... what makes the post "despicable" if it's true? I have no idea if it's true or not. But if it is true why is there a "sex-offender registry"... but no registry system that alerts you when a convicted murderer, or thief for that matter, moves next door to you? Do you ever wonder why these registries do not exist?

I agree that this man should be given to the Afghans for punishment, but his family did not commit this crime and your post should be considered a solicitation for their murder and I am reporting it to the FBI as such.

I have reported this post and page to the Seattle FBI. They can decide is this needs to be looked into. As for the question posed by J Bizelli, this man's family did nothing and does not deserve to have their information plastered over the internet for every nutcase to 'find' them. This sounds like a dare or a solicitation to kill these people and I am not going to sit by and let this nut job cause harm to innocent kids.

To answer your question J Bizelli, I find the post despicable because there is no excuse and absolutely no reason for posting the spouse's and children's address and phone # on a public website. As a resident of the community in question, I'd be more worried about the OP than anyone else. Shameful, simply shameful. Not someone I want to share my community with.
Registry does not apply here as the killer will not be released in this lifetime. As far as registering any violent offender goes, one only need check public records on anyone they are curious about.

Whythelong faces I totally agree, that was my point regarding ALL types of public "offender registries" was that all varieties of offenders have families... why punish and publicly humiliate the spouses and children of offenders?

Brenda, this isn't television. In real life, a "Life sentence" is only 30 years minus time served for good behavior. If you don't have a convicted murderer within a ten mile radius of your home I applaud your country lifestyle.
