Returned Equipment
I want to file a complaint against Eureka Suddenlink I returned equipment back in February 2017. I was charged over $500 for returned equipment. I have been attempting to get my money back. I just keep getting I never returned the equipment. I know I returned equipment and I've been robbed. I plan on filing a class action lawsuit and with the State of California Consumer Affairs regarding being charged for equipment returned. I've called for months now and still I have not received my monies back for equipment returned. Its a total setup for consumers returning equipment in equipment box, because credit is not given. Robbery is robbery. I will not stop until I receive my stolen monies back.
Also, the service people investigating don't call back, don't follow-up on equipment returned. Instead, it's just robbed. I want my monies back. Further, I want a reply back. I've called over 5 times. No reply and charge for equipment returned. I want my monies back.
I have called countless times. I was informed that equipment was found. However, it was for some phone product, which I never requested nor use, which also was identified through no usage. I know the equipment is in the Eureka warehouse or someone else's home now. Nevertheless, it's still robbery.
