After repeated attempts to get them to stop taking money our of my bank account every month AND refund me the money they took AFTER I cancelled the service. I am attaching the last letter I received from them and I will be contacting my bank, and the FTC about this RIPOFF!

Someone needs to stop these monsters and others like them!

I used Rocket Lawyer to create and print a document. I cancelled the "trial" membership when I was finished with the document. I have been charged the monthly fee for several months. When I contacted them this was my response:

I ordered a document from Rocket Lawyer for my divorce August 2, 2016. I signed up for the free trial version. After completing and printing my document, I cancelled the free trial (same day).

I noticed that I was being charged a monthly fee of $39.95 per month August 2016 thru February 2017.

When I complained about this I was told I would get a refund for two months only!

They claim that they are only obligated to give me those two months because they are not obligated to send me anything.

I have repeatedly requested the remaining 5 months @ $39.95 totaling $199.75

I am not sure if there is anything else I can do to get my money back but would appreciate any help.
