We arrived at Birmingham airport on Sunday 20.10 hrs 5/4/2015 on flight from Palma Majorca Spain, after a 7 day holiday, the wait to have passports checked was ridiculously long, and totally unnecessary, first there there we 3 border control agents, which after 30 minutes was reduced to just 2 persons, what cant you organise for all the check in desks at the border control to be fully manned, there are 6 stations.
Why have no automatic electronic cubicles checks ports been introduced in terminal 2 border control, this would speed up the entry process through border control.
The time was 53 minutes wait to have my passport checked, which is ridiculous , it needs improving , Bristol 15 mins max, East Midlands 10 minutes max, Manchester 12 mins max.
A major problem exists at Birmingham Airport border control, and requires sorting and major improvement
