This company does not want to honor a year long warranty on a major repair for an engine, a head gasket repair, when I could have easily taken it to a shop who would have charged us only 1/2 of what they did, and would have offered us a decent loaner car too, to drive.
The loaner car they lent us, the check engine light went on only after about driving it for 30 miles! This is madness!

Stay AWAY from Roggi's of Hudson Street, Hartford. They are nothing but rip off artists, and though they claim they are looking out for your safety, it's evident they certainly have no regard for it at all.
They won't honor a year long warranty that's only 2 months old! Dont' get your car fixed there if you have a major engine problem, cuz you'll end up screwed over royal!
We've lost so much income because we need to travel for work & our vehicle has become so undependable & not too safe to drive, we're afraid to drive even 5 miles with it!
And their son, Mark, actually told me I would be charged $100 just to look at the car, even though it was only 2 months after they first did the work, and the warranty is STILL valid!
Don't believe what you read in the Hartford Advocate Folks! These guys are crooks! Who tells a customer they will charge you $100 just to LOOK at an engine, they charged over $1600 to repair, and the engine is STILL running rough as a cobb, especially when the warranty is STILL valid?
