These days my account was charged with the amount of Euro 61,00. October 2016 (18-10-2016) we hired our car at Brindisi Airport - we have paid with our credit card and everything was in order/allright upon returning the car on october 25th at the airport again. This has been confirmed bu your agency in Brindisi.
There is no single reason being charged for extra costs by yr. company.
Looking at the complaint board, we notice similar complaints by unsatisfactory customers from Auto Europe always being extra charged at Euro 61,00 !
I will not accept these extra costs almost 5 months after the transaction being handled at the Airport in Brindisi. Meanwhile this complaint has been passed on the BNP Parisbas Fortis( Belgium) Your company is in troubles now !

So I want to receive yr reaction on my complaint within the nerxt copuple of days. If not I,ll get on the to general management of Auto Europe with all details necessary.
