Worst and poor service.Lazy service team . Al shalal providing a quality service than romana. Don’t put these lazy people’s to your delivery team. Before you guys delivers bottles to our building,now you lost all the customers because of your delivery team now everyone changed to al shalal including me.I suggest everyone to al shalal even my company also. They have good and hard working team not like yours .

Today whole of my evening was spoiled waiting for your delivery team I had contacted them yesterday and they promised me to deliver by 9:30 pm today despite waiting for them from 6 and they had given me fake promises they will reach here by 9:30 finally they called me and said they will deliver tomorrow .

Please value time ,it's a totally unethical practice

I live in Mowaihat and have had regular problems with your water delivery. Thursday is my delivery day and it is now Saturday and I am STILL WAITING for water and we are OUT OF WATER NOW.

Guys are not professional at all.
Called them at 9 am to ask for water,they told me 2 hours maximun and them i waited the 2 hours and nothing happened.after the 2 hours i started to call the driver and evrytime he says 5 minutes untill i got ungry and i had to leave my place due to work duty and i kep the bottles outside and left the money with watchman.at 3 3p i received a call from thr driver asking me about the location of thr building again after all the time waiting. Anywa i will not recommend this water to anyone aftet this service.

The delivery person is jus not coming. They are below the building but when v ask they complain there is no water bottles. It's been 2 weeks we have been constantly complaining and we have no drinking water. Pls provide an alternate phone number. I have tried all numbers available but there is no answer. I have the coupon booklet but no use.
